Architect / CAD Designer - Architecture

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Architect/CAD Designer to work on international architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills and experience in preparing construction and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and construction requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Preferred Candidate Profile.

• Passion for architecture and design.
• Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
• Self motivated and eager to learn and grow within the architecture and design industry.
