Design: Creating architectural designs and plans that consider the client's requirements, site conditions, building codes, aesthetics, and functionality
This includes developing detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
Client Collaboration: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
Architects work closely with clients to ensure that their vision is translated into the final design
Project Management: Overseeing all phases of a construction project, from initial concept and design through construction and final occupancy
Architects manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Site Analysis: Evaluating the site where the construction project will take place, considering factors such as topography, environmental impact, zoning regulations, and utilities
Building Codes and Regulations: Ensuring that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
Architects obtain necessary permits and approvals
Material Selection: Selecting appropriate building materials and finishes based on the project's requirements, budget, and sustainability goals
