App/Web SEO Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for Paytm Moneys App and Web platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO strategy, app store optimization (ASO), keyword research, and technical SEO to improve visibility, rankings, and user acquisition across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for both App (ASO) and Web platforms to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to optimize ranking opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, URL structures, content optimization).
• Work with product, content, and tech teams to ensure SEO-friendly site/app architecture.
• Lead technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexation).
• Optimize and track App Store (ASO) performance titles, descriptions, keywords, and screenshots.
• Monitor SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, App Annie, or similar tools.
• Build high-quality backlinks and outreach campaigns to boost domain authority.
• Stay updated on SEO/ASO algorithms, industry trends, and emerging tools.

Requirements

• 47 years of experience in SEO / Digital Marketing, preferably in Fintech / Broking / BFSI.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Strong knowledge of ASO (Google Play, App Store) and Web SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and website CMS for SEO purposes.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert data into actionable insights.
