Process Monitoring & Control
1. Maintain process parameters within specified limits.
2. Timely reporting and corrective action on process deviation.
3. Minimize process interruptions and downtime.
Operational Execution
1. Efficient handling of field equipment.
2. Smooth execution of start-up and shutdown procedures.
3. Adherence to SOPs during field operations Safety & Compliance.
4. Zero safety incidents or near misses.
5. Compliance with EHS guidelines and regulations.
6. Proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Documentation & Reporting
1. Timely submission of operational logs and reports.
2. Accuracy in recording process parameters and deviations.
Coordination & Communication
1. Effective communication with the control room and other departments.
2. Quick response to process abnormalities and equipment malfunctions.
3. Active participation in team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
Process Optimization
1. Identify and suggest improvements for process efficiency.
2. Reduction in raw material and energy wastage.
3. Support in implementing best practices for cost reduction.
Shift Management & Support
1. Smooth transition between shifts with proper handover documentation.
2. Adherence to shift schedules and timely reporting.
3. Effective coordination with maintenance and quality teams.
