Job Description
- Assist in solar cell manufacturing operations.
- Operate and learn monitor production machinery under supervision.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Perform & learn quality checks during the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and workplace discipline (5S).
- Support production targets while ensuring product quality.
- Report equipment issues or abnormalities to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
