Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the receipt, inspection, and storage of hotel materials and supplies, Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels using inventory management systems, Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers, Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies, Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable goods, Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure timely delivery of materials, Assist in managing waste and minimizing material losses, Learn and adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards
