Job Summary
The Engineering Apprentice will support the Engineering team in maintaining hotel facilities, attending repair requests, and assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance of guest rooms and common areas. This role is designed for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance operations within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in attending guest room repair requests promptly.
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, lighting, and basic equipment.
- Assist in HVAC maintenance and room comfort systems.
- Help with plumbing tasks and general maintenance (Kenfixit activities).
- Participate in routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues under supervision.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure minimal disruption to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at work areas.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel engineering standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass + ITI / Diploma / Short-term technical certification (Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC).
- Age: 18 to 25 years.
- Location: Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
- Experience: Freshers preferred (no prior experience required).
Apprenticeship Details
