Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Interact with key clients and hospital stakeholders to clearly communicate the company's services, deliverables, and value proposition.
- Drive lead-to-business conversion through structured follow-ups
- Conduct direct sales calls and relationship-building meetings with super-specialty doctors, including Orthopedic Surgeons, Nephrologists, Oncologists, Hematologists, Neurologists, and Gastroenterologists.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the companys products and services to hospitals, physicians, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Monitor sales performance, identify early indicators of risks or opportunities, and take corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- Contribute actively towards organizational growth by strengthening market presence, expanding key accounts, and improving team productivity.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in diagnostics/ pharma industry
- Strong Relationship Management skills with doctors, hospitals, and key healthcare stakeholders
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution orientation
- Ability to analyze sales data and track performance metrics
