Applied Geoscientist

Btech/Mtech/MSc in Applied geosciences domain including geology, geophysics etc Develop and maintain advanced seismic data processing software for 2D and 3D seismic datasets using C++, Qt, and cmake, with a focus on scalable, high-performance geophysical applications.
Collaborate with geophysicists, software engineers, and data scientists to design intelligent solutions for seismic processing, interpretation, and hydrocarbon exploration.
Develop and optimize seismic processing algorithms, interactive visualization tools, and SEG-Y data management systems for large-scale seismic volumes.
Implement multithreaded processing pipelines, quality control workflows, and customizable visualization features to improve computational efficiency and data interpretation.
Contribute to AI-assisted seismic analysis by evaluating processing algorithms, validating workflows, and enhancing subsurface imaging.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including feature design, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment, while driving the continuous improvement of next generation seismic intelligence solutions.
