Role Summary

SolarRun is looking for a hands-on engineer to identify, prototype, build and productionise AI-powered solutions across its CRM, sales, marketing, lead generation, content and customer operations. This is not just a chatbot or prompt-engineering role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows inside the PHP/Laravel CRM.
• Build AI agents for sales coaching, role-play and call analysis.
• Automate lead enrichment, qualification, scoring, routing and follow-up.
• Build marketing/content-generation workflows.
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other LLM APIs.
• Build tool/function-calling and agentic workflows.
• Connect AI systems to the CRM using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and authentication.
• Build automations with n8n or similar tools.
• Implement RAG, embeddings and vector search.
• Build guardrails, validation, retries, fallbacks and human approvals.
• Implement AI evaluation/testing, logging, monitoring and cost tracking.
• Handle security, privacy and customer-data protection.
• Document architecture, APIs, prompts and workflows.
