Understand Products (ELISA, recombinant antibodies, proteins, primary cells and reagents, PCR reagents, assays) sold with their applications
- Support product understanding to our sales team in field and inside sales and troubleshoot for customers
- Connect with customers in academic institutes and industry and support them to generate leads to coordinate with the sales team
