Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.

Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Linux.

Strong knowledge of system monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve application issues.

Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.

Familiarity with configuration management and deployment processes in a production environment.

Understanding of networking concepts and their impact on application performance.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
