Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.

Document findings and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Proficiency in Program Control Services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to software troubleshooting.

Experience with monitoring and diagnosing issues in complex business applications.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
