You will engage in dynamic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.

Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist junior team members by sharing insights and guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Application Packaging.

Experience with software deployment processes and packaging tools.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application-related issues.

Ability to work with various operating systems and understand software compatibility.

Familiarity with automation techniques to streamline packaging and deployment tasks.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Packaging.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
