Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management.

Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance when needed.

Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.

Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components related to Site Reliability Engineering.

Experience with incident response and root cause analysis in complex software environments.

Ability to design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and availability.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues in distributed systems and cloud environments.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
