Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components operate smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues.- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting software applications.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
