Application Support and Maintenance - Healthcare Provider (Payroll and Labor Analytics)
US Healthcare Provider Domain
- Skills supporting workforce management platforms (e.g., UKG/Kronos), including timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and rules configuration.
- Ability to manage payroll processing workflows, pay calculations, retro adjustments, and payroll interface integrations with HRIS/Finance systems.
- Experience working with labor analytics dashboards, labor productivity reporting, staffing metrics, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting badge readers, time clocks, mobile timekeeping, and shiftbased configurations across multiple departments.
- Understanding of compliance rules including FLSA, overtime, rounding rules, union contracts, differentials, and audit requirements.
- Ability to support scheduling and staffing tools, including oncall rotations, shift bidding, and provider/nurse scheduling integrations (e.g., Qgenda).
- Experience working with Payor Strategies systems like DailyPay,AMiON,Attestation and other similar applications"
