Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
Proven experience in Application Packaging (MSI, App-V, IntuneWin, Winget, PowerShell scripting). Lead the application packaging and deployment strategy for Windows-based applications.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM. Complete knowledge of Microsoft Intune features. Ability to assess existing MDM solution.
Deep understanding of Windows 10/11 device management, Group Policy and Intune policies.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps, Office Perpetual versions deployment and policies configuration, Copilot support.
Knowledge of Windows as a Service lifecycle and update management.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Compliance Policies and Security baselines.
Ability to conduct workshop to solicit business requirements and identify solution component
Experience in Automation
Strong in documenting Design, Configurations and Instructions for Administrators for managing and End Users for enrolling devices to and using Microsoft Intune.
Provide support to post-migration issues
Ability to work with teams in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Strong knowledge of planning and executing migration project
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Strong communication skills, customer interaction and team leadership
MD-102 Certification (preferred)
Mandatory skills
