Experience in handling SAP QM processes and supporting business requirements in Quality Management will be preferred. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).

Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to support business processes.

Experience in integrating SAP Quality Management with other SAP modules and external systems.

Good understanding of QM standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, or similar quality standards.

Familiarity with Quality Management methods such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
