Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Experience with cloud-based data solutions and analytics.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration.

Ability to work with APIs for application enhancement and data management.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
