The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to adapt and optimize application functionalities is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex challenges.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.

Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP BRIM modules to meet business requirements.

Experience in managing software releases and ensuring system stability in a packaged or SaaS environment.

Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to integrate and extend application functionalities.

Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-team setting.

Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
