As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve application deployment processes and system reliability.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in DevOps.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance and reliability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
