Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Proficiency in JavaScript.

Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments.

Experience working with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.

Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in streamlining development processes.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and stability.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in JavaScript.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
