Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of application processes, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and its users.
Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user feedback and business requirements. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services. Ability to work with APIs and integrate various software solutions. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
