SUMMARY:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. This position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment to meet dynamic operational demands while fostering seamless integration within the technology environment.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.

Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Strong understanding of scripting languages and automation frameworks relevant to cloud environments.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support scalable application deployment.

Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged or SaaS applications.

Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to maintain system health and performance.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
