Summary


As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operations. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.



Roles & Responsibilities:


- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.



Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to use low-code/no-code tools to develop and deploy application features.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in SaaS environments.
JD - The S2P Developer is responsible for building, configuring, and integrating procurement solutions across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. This role focuses on automating procurement processes, developing integrations, and enhancing system functionality across platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, or Coupa.

Key Responsibilities
1. Development & Configuration
Configure and develop S2P applications including:
Supplier management
Requisitioning and purchase orders
Contract management
Invoice processing
Customize forms, workflows, and business rules
Build procurement catalogs and approval workflows

2. Workflow & Automation
Develop and optimize workflows for:
Requisition-to-PO conversion
Approval processes
Invoice matching and processing
Automate manual procurement activities to improve efficiency

3. Integration Development
Develop integrations with:
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Finance systems (Accounts Payable, GL)
Supplier/vendor platforms
Use REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Ensure secure and reliable data exchange

4. Scripting & Customization
Develop custom logic using scripting (e.g., JavaScript in ServiceNow or platform-specific scripting)
Create reusable components and enhance platform capabilities
Maintain coding standards and best practices



Additional Information


- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
