Project Role: Application Lead
Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

• Bengaluru - Minimum 3 years of experience in Python on Azure

• Bengaluru - Minimum 5 years of experience in Python on Azure

• Pune - Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python on Azure

• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory

As an Application Lead , you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing development activities, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. You will guide teams through challenges, provide technical direction, and mentor junior members while staying up to date with emerging technologies to improve application performance and user experience.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Python on Azure solutions.

• Independently drive design, development, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery timelines.

• Actively participate in technical discussions, providing innovative solutions to challenges.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capability.

• Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and technical expertise.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through best practices.

Must Have:

• Proficiency in Python on Azure with hands-on implementation experience.

• Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles .

• Experience with cloud-based application development .

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control tools (e.g., Git).

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Good to Have:

• Broader knowledge of cloud computing beyond Azure.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

  • Bengaluru: 5 years (senior level)

  • Pune: 7.5 years (lead/advanced)

• Work Mode: Office-based at respective location.
