Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for application development and deployment.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.

Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques.

Experience in integrating applications with various business systems and platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
