Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and interpret business needs. The role focuses on shaping application designs that align with organizational goals and operational workflows. Throughout the day, the Application Designer engages in detailed discussions to refine requirements and translate them into effective application solutions, ensuring that the design supports seamless business processes and enhances overall system functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application design.

Develop and document detailed application design specifications that align with business objectives.

Review and validate design proposals to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Natural.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with COBOL.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and effective application designs.

Familiarity with software development life cycle and best practices in application architecture.

Experience in collaborating with development and testing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Natural.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
