Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional designs to enhance business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead design discussions to ensure alignment with business requirements- Conduct regular reviews of application designs to ensure quality and efficiency- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application design

  • Proficiency in Workday Financial Integration, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification for the Primary skill- Strong understanding of integration principles and methodologies- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions- Knowledge of Workday Studio and EIBs for data integration- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Financial Integration- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A mandatory to have Workday Related certification for the Primary skill is required
