Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that the applications align with both user expectations and business objectives, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of application design. Professional & Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub.- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Experience in application design methodologies, python and best practices.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse groups.- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Gen AI Hub.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
