What will you do

Lead the design and architecture ofJava based products.

Createand maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, design documents,and guidelines, to support development teams and ensure architecturalconsistency.

Workdirectly with the VP/CTO to define and execute the technical strategy for ourcloud-based products.

Designand architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based products and services onCloud using Java.

Identifyarchitectural risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, andproactively address potential issues to ensure the success of projects.

Createproduct and platform design, do trade-offs on architectural characteristics(performance, scalability, resiliency, security, testability, etc.), and createrecords of design decisions for developers to implement.

Conductperformance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal systemperformance.

Ensurethe implementation of security best practices in all cloud-based solutions.

Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring bestpractices and high-quality standards.

Collaboratewith product teams on requirements exploration, technical feasibility analysis,and prioritization of features.

Workclosely with engineering managers and teams to create project plan estimationsand delivery milestones across teams.

Troubleshootingand resolving complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Staycurrent with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Evaluateand recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunitiesfor innovation.

What will you bring in

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from tier1 education institutes (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS) .

8+years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and relatedframeworks.

5+years of proven track record in architecting and implementing SAAS products oncloud.

Deepunderstanding of cloud architecture system design with hands-on experience onJava, SpringCloud, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and any Front-endtechnologies (like Angular or React).

In-depthknowledge of software architecture principles, including microservices,cloud-native architectures, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).

Experiencewith microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g.,Docker, Kubernetes).

Strongunderstanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) andtheir integration with cloud products.

Solidunderstanding of security best practices and experience implementing securecloud solutions.

Experiencein designing product integrations through APIs and messaging

Goodunderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working infast-paced, iterative product development environments.

Understandingof DevOps principles, including continuous integration, continuous delivery(CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing.

Understandingdata engineering, data pipelines, and analytics concepts is a plus. Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
