Role & responsibilities
• Set up application architecture standards and governance structures.
• Develop architectural solutions for new applications and changes to existing applications.
• Translate enterprise business requirements into technical application solutions.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents, including UML-based designs.
• Develop technical SOPs for application rollout and operations.
• Define metrics to measure application performance.
• Create enterprise-wide application architecture ensuring reliability, scalability, manageability, and security compliance.
• Define current-state application solutions and identify target-state improvements and trade-offs.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• Develop POCs, case studies, and demo presentations for emerging technology areas.
• Define coding standards, design patterns, and application architecture best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Address performance bottlenecks and ensure application scalability and reliability.
