Appian Lead

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and building on the Appian platform (typically 5+ years, or equivalent depth).
• Proven track record as a lead designer, solution architect, or technical lead on Appian delivery projects.
• Deep understanding of Appians core capabilities: process models, records, interfaces (SAIL), sites, integrations, and the security model.
• Strong command of solution architecture principles data modelling, integration patterns, and performance/scalability.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile delivery.
• Appian Certified Lead Developer

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Appians advanced capabilities: RPA, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Process Mining, AI features, and Data Fabric.
• Experience integrating Appian with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, relational databases).
• Complementary technical skills: SQL, Java/relevant scripting, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD tooling.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with pre-sales, estimation, and solution scoping.
