Job Title: Innerwear & Loungewear Designer

About the Role (Overview)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Innerwear & Loungewear Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with our Sourcing, Merchandising, and Product Development teams to transform ideas into market-ready productsfrom trend research and concept development to final execution. If you have a strong eye for design, understand garment construction, and are passionate about creating functional yet stylish products, we'd love to hear from you.

How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)

• Design and develop innovative men's innerwear and loungewear collections.
• Research market trends, consumer insights, fabrics, silhouettes, colors, and trims.
• Create mood boards, design concepts, sketches, CADs, tech packs, and product specifications.
• Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and product development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work on garment fit, functionality, fabric selection, trims, construction details, and finishing.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers during sampling and product development.
• Review prototypes, conduct fit sessions, and implement design improvements.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity, quality standards, and commercial goals.
• Stay updated with global fashion trends, innovations, and competitor offerings.

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Experience in innerwear, loungewear, activewear, or intimate apparel design is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CLO3D.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern development, fabrics, and fit.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
