Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- 10-15 years of post qualification front end experience.
- Leading business development and sales activities across LATAM with more hands-on experience in Brazil
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships to enhance business quality.
- Coordinating with Alliance, Quality, Regulatory, Logistics and R&D & Project management for cost initiatives. Portfolio for new product development, and timeline management.
- Identifying, incubating, and commercializing new business opportunities based on market feedback and product demand.
- Ensuring budgeted topline and bottom-line targets for the region are met or exceeded.
- Having sound knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements in addition to CEP, DMF, and process changes.Proven travel history and willingness to travel extensively on frequent basis in building strong customer relationships both existing and new
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) or related field.
- M.Pharma degree from a recognized university; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of LATAM region's regulations, laws, and cultural nuances.
