• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated tests for APIs to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications
• As an API Automation Tester, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios, develop automated test scripts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes

Responsibilities:

• API Test Automation:Develop and maintain automated test scripts for API testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Design and implement test cases to validate API functionality, performance, security, and scalability
• Collaboration:Work closely with development teams to understand API specifications and design effective test strategies
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and address issues related to API integration and functionality
• Test Planning and Execution:Participate in test planning activities and contribute to the creation of comprehensive test plans
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues
• Documentation:Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data
• Report and track defects, providing detailed information to facilitate efficient resolution
• Continuous Improvement:Contribute to the improvement of the testing process by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and best practices
