Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using API test automation tools such as Rest Assured.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test plans.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for REST APIs, including data validation and error handling.
- Troubleshoot issues related to test execution, debugging, and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in software testing with expertise in API test automation.
- Strong understanding of Java programming language and its application in test development.
- Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries for database interactions (e.g., MySQL).
- Experience working on Agile projects with version control systems like Git.
