Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to elderly patients, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.

• Provide compensate care and support to elderly residents

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care

• Ensure comfort, safety and well-being of residents
  
• Assist with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, and using the toilet.
  
• Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the doctor immediately.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans and progress notes.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions between services.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in nursing or related field (ANM/Nursing).
  
• Strong knowledge of midwifery principles and practices.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
