Android Development

• Design and develop advanced Android applications using Java (mandatory) and Kotlin (optional).
• Build responsive, user-friendly mobile UI/UX.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

Full Stack Development

• Develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Hibernate).
• Design REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular).
• Manage server deployments and cloud integrations.

Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps).
• Integrate mobile apps with backend systems, databases, and APIs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes.

Testing & Maintenance

• Write unit tests and integration tests.
• Debug and fix bugs across both mobile and backend layers.
• Continuously improve app performance and user experience.

Required Skills

Core Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in Android SDK
• Knowledge of Android UI design principles & patterns
• Experience with REST APIs & JSON/XML parsing

Full Stack Skills

• Backend: Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices
• Frontend: JavaScript, React or Angular
• Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Tools & Technologies

• Android Studio
• Git / GitHub / Bitbucket
• Build tools: Gradle / Maven
