Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Anaplan Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of scalable Anaplan solutions across enterprise functions. This role requires hands-on expertise in advanced model building, data integration, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Anaplan solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR use cases.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable multi-model Anaplan architectures using standard Anaplan principles.
• Develop and maintain sizing documentation to monitor workspace usage and ensure models are optimized for memory and performance.
• Guide the model design process with a focus on performance optimization, sustainability, and user experience.
• Design and manage centralized data repositories to streamline data integration, ensure consistency in master data, and support scalable cross-functional solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end application lifecycle management process, including version control, patch deployment, and migration across development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide mentorship to Anaplan Model Builders (Level 1 to Level 3), conducting code reviews and performance audits
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align Anaplan architecture with strategic objectives
• Deliver training, support adoption, and ensure continuous improvement of the Anaplan platform across the organization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Anaplan Solution Architect Certification (required)
• 4+ years of experience in Anaplan model design and implementation, including leading enterprise-wide Anaplan projects.
• Strong expertise in Anaplan functions, data modeling, and architecture best practices.
• Proven experience working with Data Hubs, multi-model architecture, and large data sets
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, and scripting for batch processing.

• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and environment governance, ensuring structured development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise planning solutions.

• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Knowledge of enterprise planning domains such as FPA, SOP, or Workforce Planning
• Experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) or governance role is highly desirable.
