The role involves implementing tracking solutions, analyzing digital performance, and delivering actionable insights to improve user engagement and business outcomes, Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Google Analytics (GA4/Universal Analytics) configurations and tracking, Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) for precise event tracking and data collection, Develop custom tracking solutions using JavaScript and Firebase for advanced analytics needs, Analyze website and app data to extract insights and support strategic decisions, Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, product managers) to optimize analytics setup, Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and user behavior, Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate data flow, Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 & Universal Analytics) setup and reporting, Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) tag implementation and debugging, Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and data layer configuration, Working knowledge of Firebase for mobile analytics, Ability to handle large datasets and deliver clear, data-driven insights, Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills,
