Analytics Manager:Analytics_AFL

Duties and Responsibilities:
Data analysis and data mining to come up with portfolio insights for both Retail and commercial portfolio
Statistical modelling, clustering and segmentation thru statistical techniques to help solving key business problems
Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
Help launch new initiatives, campaigns, analytical solutions, along with robust tracking
Help in running standard and analytical dashboard/ MIS

Requirement:
Experience: 2- 7 years in analytics industry (Finance / Banking industry preferred)
B Tech/ MBA/MCA/MSQE/M.Sc (Statistic/Mathematics) from premier institute
Knowledge of SQL and Python is must with high proficiency
Knowledge on statistical model building is must
Knowledge of R is preferred
Knowledge of Statistics - Linear Regression, Exploratory Data Analysis, etc.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
