Job Description
- Large scale data analysis and data mining to come up with portfolio insights for both Retail and WBG portfolio
- Statistical modeling (ML / regression models) and segmentation thru decision tree to help solving key business problems
- Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
- Help launch new initiatives, campaigns, analytical solutions, along with robust tracking
- Help in running standard and analytical dashboard/ MIS
Requirement:
Experience : 2- 7 years in analytics industry ( Finance / Banking industry preferred )
- B Tech/ MBA from premier institute
- Knowledge of SQL is must with high proficiency
- Knowledge on statistical model building is must (Logistics regression, Linear regression etc)
- Knowledge of Python/ R is preferred
- Knowledge of Statistics - Linear Regression, Exploratory Data Analysis, etc.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
