Job Description
- Sampling of raw materials samples, In-Process and finished good materials.
- Preparation of checklist and material inward record of tested samples, and maintain record incoming new chemicals, and Glassware.
- Testing of all starting materials including packaging materials, intermediate and finished products as per procedures defined in the standard operating procedures.
- Preparation of standardization chemicals and reagents used in testing. Status labelling of Quality control instruments, Chemicals Glassware.
- Knowledge of GLP and GDP, Preparing analysis reports for all tested samples. Maintain records of Instruments logbook.
- Performing stability testing to assess product stability.
- Daily Calibration records of laboratory instruments and devices used in the testing.
- Operation of Autoclave and Distilled water assembly, analysis of water.
