Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Participate in media briefing and briefing process to represent analytics team POV/ questions.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for measurement vendors, responsible for looping in manager for any troubleshooting
- Give inputs on past performance and areas for growth for all Monthly, quarterly and annual measurement deliverables
- Provide any reporting details by partner from previous campaigns as needed to determine previous performance
- Support development of measurement framework and benchmarks
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with communication planners, creative teams media planners, buyers, clients and other partner agencies
- Participate and contribute in meetings with multiple stakeholder (client, onshore team & vendors)
- Confirm reporting requirements in partner RFPs
- Support on-going campaign optimization and tracking and improvement (including tracking experimental results)
Desired Skills:-
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in campaign measurement, optimization and analysis within the Media domain, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities
- A bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, quantitative finance, actuarial science or engineering from a reputable university is a must
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of media campaigns. Track and report on campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Gather, interpret, and evaluate data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to inform media planning and decision-making.
- Able to use various data management and reporting tools like SQL,Tableau, Datorama, etc for the above.
- Experience with advertising media platforms such as DCM, DV360, Google Ads, DoubleVerify, IAS, TradeDesk, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and Prisma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Media, accounts, and creative departments, to develop media plans that align with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for media selection, budget allocation, and targeting strategies.
- Strong communication skills , and can convert information from data into story telling via PowerPoint
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI / Looker
- Maintaining positive client and vendor relationships
- Ability to work in dynamic team environments, manage multiple concurrent projects, and meet tight deadlines
