Analyst(Night Shift role-7PM-4AM or 8PM-5AM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed CA Inter or CMA Inter. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and investment accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily banking transactions in QuickBooks Online and assign them to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Enter customer and vendor invoices and match invoices with corresponding bank payments.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Execute trade bookings, reconcile trades, and investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks using MS Data.
• Manage End-of-Day (EOD) estimates and post manual journal entries in Enfusion.
• Prepare 1099 data and assist in filing returns through Tax.com.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial controls, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• CA Inter or CMA Inter (Mandatory)
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Operations.
• Good knowledge of Equity and Derivatives segments, including trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to investment accounting or financial services.
• Knowledge of Enfusion, Tax.com, or other accounting/ERP platforms is an added advantage.
• Experience with trade reconciliation, NAV accounting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
