Job Summary:

We are seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst - US Payroll to support end-to-end payroll operations for US employees. The role involves payroll processing, data validation, compliance management, reconciliation, reporting, and resolution of payroll-related queries while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and payroll adjustments.
• Validate time and attendance data and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate application of taxes, deductions, and payroll regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and escalations.
• Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure accurate payments and recordkeeping.
• Support payroll audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Generate payroll reports and provide payroll-related insights to stakeholders.
• Identify recurring payroll issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in payroll system testing, upgrades, and implementation activities.
• Maintain payroll SOPs, process documentation, and workflow standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll and system-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
