Analyst - Commercial Due Diligence - Consumer Sector (3-7 yrs)

We are hiring an Analyst - Commercial Due Diligence for a leading investment platform focused on evaluating high-growth opportunities within the Consumer and D2C ecosystem.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the investment team, conducting deep-dive commercial due diligence, industry research, financial analysis, and investment evaluation across emerging consumer businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct industry and market research to develop sectoral and investment theses

- Analyze business models, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities

- Develop and review financial models, valuations, and investment memorandums

- Prepare investment committee (IC) materials and recommendation notes

- Support transaction execution, due diligence processes, and stakeholder coordination

- Monitor portfolio companies and perform periodic performance reviews and valuations

- Provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- CA and/or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business from a reputed institution

- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate M&A, Family Office, Consulting, or related domains

- Strong expertise in Financial Modelling, Valuation, and Investment Analysis

- Prior exposure to the Consumer, Retail, D2C, FMCG, or Consumer-Tech sectors preferred

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
