Process : UK Helpline ( International Voice )

Salary : Upto 28000 CTC

Location : Gurgaon Sector 18 ( Work from office)

Morning shifts & Sunday Fixed week-off

Mandatory Requirements :

Minimum 6 months of international voice experience ( Non negotiable )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice processes (UK preferred).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
